2.1. The returned product must be in its original packaging, unused and with all accessories included.
2.2. You are responsible for properly packaging the items for return. If the product is damaged due to improper packaging, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
2.3. Returns are not accepted if the product has been used, damaged due to improper use, or damaged due to incorrect installation.
2.4. Custom-manufactured products that meet the agreed specifications and quality standards are not returnable.
3.1. If you wish to return a product, you must contact the distributor who fulfilled your order through our website www.gymfactory.eu, providing the order number, product, and reason for the return.
3.2. Upon receiving your request, we will evaluate whether the case falls under this Return Policy or the Warranty Policy and inform you accordingly.
3.3. If the return is approved, you must deliver the product to the address we specify.
3.4. Refunds are not provided for custom-manufactured products. In cases where a defect is confirmed, the issue will be resolved in accordance with the Warranty Policy, typically through repair or replacement of defective parts.
4.1. Custom-ordered products (made to special order) are not returnable unless they have manufacturing defects.
4.2. If the product was damaged during transportation, you must note this on the delivery documents (e.g., the courier’s delivery note) and inform us within 2 days of receipt.
4.3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases where the product is returned due to our fault (e.g., an incorrect or defective product was sent).
5.1. All product defects, functional issues, and quality-related claims are handled exclusively under the Warranty Policy.
5.2. This Return Policy does not override the Warranty Policy and applies only to logistics-related returns.
