GymFactory.eu (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the website https://www.gymfactory.eu (“Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, as well as your rights and choices regarding your data.

1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

1.1. Personal Data

By using our Service, you may provide certain personal data, including:

โ€ข First name, last name
โ€ข Email address
โ€ข Phone number
โ€ข Address, postal code, city
โ€ข Other information you voluntarily provide

ย

1.2. Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information about how you use our Service, including:

โ€ข IP address
โ€ข Browser type and version
โ€ข Pages visited and time spent on them
โ€ข Device identifiers and other technical data

ย

1.3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect information about your actions on our website. When you first visit the website, a cookie banner asks for your choice. We use these kinds of cookies:

โ€ข Strictly necessary โ€“ needed for the website to work: the CookieScriptConsent cookie, which remembers your cookie choice, the wp-wpml_current_language cookie, which remembers the website language you chose, and the cookies that keep the inquiry cart working. These are used without asking for your choice.
โ€ข Performance (analytics) โ€“ help us understand how visitors use the website, so we can improve it: Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_TDZ7LQ3TBD), and the WooCommerce order attribution cookies (sbjs_migrations, sbjs_current_add, sbjs_first_add, sbjs_current, sbjs_first, sbjs_udata, sbjs_session), which record how you arrived at our website, for example from which website or ad, so we can see where inquiries come from.
โ€ข Targeting (marketing) โ€“ measure the results of our advertising: the Meta (Facebook) Pixel (_fbp) and the LinkedIn Insight Tag.

All cookies except strictly necessary ones are used only after you click โ€œAccept allโ€ in the cookie banner. If you click โ€œDecline allโ€, only strictly necessary cookies are used. The one exception is a YouTube video that you choose to play, described in the next paragraph. The third-party services are described in section 5.

YouTube videos on our website load only when you press play. Until then you see a picture stored on our website, and nothing for the video is loaded from YouTube or Google. When you press play, the video loads from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), and YouTube may then set its own cookies or store data in your browser. This does not depend on your choice in the cookie banner.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with the round โ€œCookie settingsโ€ button in the bottom-left corner of any page (it appears once you have made a choice), or by deleting this siteโ€™s cookies in your browser. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

You can also block cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect the functionality of the website.

ย

2. HOW DO WE USE YOUR DATA?

We use your data for the following purposes:

โ€ข To provide and maintain the Service
โ€ข To notify you about changes to our Service
โ€ข To improve customer service and support
โ€ข To analyze and improve website usage
โ€ข To measure the results of our advertising (only with consent)
โ€ข To ensure security and prevent fraud
โ€ข To send marketing communications and newsletters (only with consent)

ย

3. LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING

We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) on the following grounds:

โ€ข Performance of a contract โ€“ when the data is necessary to provide the services.
โ€ข Legitimate interests โ€“ when we use data to improve the website, conduct analysis, or ensure protection.
โ€ข Legal obligation โ€“ when we are required to retain data by law (e.g., for accounting purposes).
โ€ข Consent โ€“ when we use data for marketing, and for all cookies except strictly necessary ones (see section 1.3); a YouTube video loads only at your request, when you press play.

ย

4. DATA RETENTION PERIOD

Your data will be retained for 5 years from the last use of our Service. After this period, the data will be deleted or anonymized, unless laws require us to keep it longer.

ย
