I3X Finger and Forearm Machine combines the functions of the I2 and I3 models in a single design. This three-in-one machine is designed to develop finger and grip strength, forearm endurance, wrist stability, and movement control.

One mechanism is designed for finger compression exercises, the second for two-handed wrist rotation, and the third features a separate rotating handle used with one arm at a time, alternating sides. This setup provides comprehensive training for the fingers, hands, wrists, and forearms while allowing each arm to be trained independently.

The foot pedal raises the entire mechanism into the working position before the exercise begins. This allows the user to grip the handle comfortably, prepare for the movement, and start from the correct position.
