D3 Leg Press Machine is designed for intensive lower-body strength training. The fixed movement path, stable construction and padded backrest help users maintain a controlled body position while training with heavier loads.

The machine primarily targets the quadriceps while also engaging the glutes, hamstrings and calves. Different foot positions on the platform allow users to change how the load is distributed between the muscle groups. A wider foot position places more emphasis on the glutes and inner thighs, while a narrower position increases the focus on the quadriceps.

The machine can be used for standard leg presses, single-leg presses and calf presses. The adjustable backrest angle, multiple starting positions and safety stops with several height settings allow users to select a comfortable training position and control the range of motion.
