D7X Vertical Leg Press Machine is a more compact version of the D7, designed for lower-body strength training. Its lying position and vertical pressing trajectory directly target the quadriceps, glutes and hamstrings while helping users maintain a stable body position.
The machine can be used for bilateral or single-leg vertical presses, calf raises and different foot-position variations to shift emphasis between lower-body muscle groups.
The adjustable backrest angle and multiple starting positions allow the machine to accommodate different users. Its smaller footprint takes up less space than the D7, making the D7X suitable for both home training areas and commercial gyms.
