A6 Standing Chest Press Machine is designed to train the chest while also engaging the front deltoids and triceps. The adjustable backrest allows the angle to be set from –10° to +30°, changing the pressing direction and providing more chest training options. The exercise is performed in a standing position, allowing the user to maintain a natural and stable body position throughout the movement.
The foot-operated locking mechanism allows the weight to be safely racked and lets the user start the exercise from a higher position. Once the handles are pushed forward, the mechanism automatically lowers out of the way, allowing the press to be performed through a full range of motion and to full depth.
With its robust construction and straightforward operation, the machine is suitable for both commercial gyms and home training spaces.
