A6XL Back and Chest Machine combines two functions in one unit. It can be used for seated chest presses, targeting the chest while also engaging the front deltoids and triceps, or seated rows, targeting the back while also engaging the rear deltoids and biceps.

The independently moving arms allow both sides of the body to work separately. The adjustable seat position and leg support pads help accommodate users of different heights and maintain a stable body position throughout each exercise.

Combining two functions in one machine helps save space, making the A6XL suitable for both commercial gyms and home training spaces.
