B5XX Shoulder and Chest Press Machine is a multifunctional solution for upper-body strength training. Its adjustable design allows users to perform shoulder presses, flat chest presses and chest presses at various angles on a single machine.

The independent handles allow pressing with both arms together or each arm separately. The handles follow a natural movement path: they start wider and move closer together at the end of the press. This movement provides a deep chest stretch at the beginning and a strong contraction at the end.

The backrest is adjustable throughout its full range – from a fully upright to a fully horizontal position. The seat height is also adjustable, while the complete seat and backrest assembly slides along the frame. This allows precise positioning based on the user’s height, arm length and selected exercise.

B5XX is primarily designed for commercial gyms, but is also suitable for home training spaces.
