Gym Factory equipment is designed and manufactured for professional use – in gyms, training studios, and public or commercial facilities. Our warranty is based on real manufacturing experience, proven structural solutions, and the long-term availability of spare parts.
Entire machine frame construction
Main machine structure: steel profiles and load-bearing elements responsible for the stability and structural safety of the equipment. This category also includes the weight plates used in selectorized machines.
Mechanical moving components
All parts of the machine that move during the exercise and transmit load: levers, bearings, shafts, joints, guide rods, cable pulleys, adjustment mechanisms, locking pins, tightening elements, and other fastening components.
Cables and belts
All load-transmitting cables and belts used in the machine’s mechanism.
Upholstery
Seats, backrests, and other soft or leather components that come into direct contact with the user.
The warranty period is calculated from the date the equipment is delivered to the buyer. If the buyer arranges the collection or transportation of the goods, the warranty period is calculated from the date the goods are collected.

A warranty case applies when a manufacturing defect is identified that has not occurred due to improper use, incorrect installation, or external factors. Under this warranty, Gym Factory will repair the equipment or manufacture replacement parts free of charge.
Refunds are not provided under this warranty. The final decision on whether a specific case qualifies as a warranty claim is made by Gym Factory, after evaluating the provided information and the technical circumstances.

Warranty repairs are performed free of charge in all cases. The repair method is determined based on the nature of the defect and where the repair can technically be carried out.
If the defect concerns a small or standard component that can technically be manufactured or replaced separately, the repair is carried out without sending the equipment or parts back to the factory. In such cases, the required part is manufactured and shipped to the customer.
The shipment of the replacement part is organized by the seller or distributor, and the delivery costs are covered by the seller or distributor.
If the defect concerns a component that cannot be properly repaired on site, the repair is carried out at the Gym Factory manufacturing facility. In such cases, only the specifically agreed part or component is sent to the factory.

If the defect affects the safety or structural integrity of the equipment and cannot be resolved either on site or by returning individual parts, the repair is performed only at the factory by returning the entire machine.

In standard cases, when a defective part or component of the machine is delivered to the Gym Factory manufacturing facility, the warranty repair or the production of a replacement part is typically completed within 2–3 weeks from the date the part is received.

Gym Factory maintains the availability of standard spare parts for the equipment we manufacture, ensuring that warranty and post-warranty repairs can be carried out as quickly as possible and with minimal equipment downtime.
Gym Factory customers receive a 30% discount on standard spare parts, both during the warranty period and after the warranty has expired.

If sufficient visual information is not provided, the evaluation of the warranty claim may be suspended or rejected. It is recommended to provide video recordings clearly showing the defect and how it occurs.
