Description
The R4 Tru Squat Machine is designed to support proper squat form by helping reduce unnecessary strain on the knees and lower back. Its adjustable shoulder pads, compact structure, and stable foot platform create a secure environment for safe and controlled squatting, whether in home or commercial gyms.
This machine allows you to perform Tru squats, which effectively target the quadriceps, glutes, and hamstrings while encouraging a more upright torso position. You can also vary your stance: narrow or wide – to shift emphasis across different leg muscles, and even add calf raises to engage the lower legs.
The starting position can be locked for easier setup using a built-in lever, while safety stops with multiple positions allow you to limit range of motion as needed. An optional counterweight can be added to make the initial lift smoother, especially for beginners or lighter loads.
