Description
The R3X-2 Pendulum Squat Machine is built for safe and adjustable lower-body training, suitable for both home and commercial gyms. In addition to a wide foot platform and adjustable foot angle and position, this model includes a counterweight system that helps reduce overall resistance throughout the movement when needed.
You can perform pendulum squats to target the quadriceps, glutes, and hamstrings, or add calf raises to activate the lower legs. Platform adjustments allow for narrow or wide-stance squats to shift the muscle focus.
The machine includes multiple start positions, a rear safety stop, and a wrist-controlled locking mechanism that also serves as a support handle. It also features attachment points for resistance bands, allowing you to either lighten or increase resistance depending on setup.
