Description
The M3X Triceps Machine is a dedicated gym machine for focused arm training, suitable for strength training at home or commercial gym environments. Built with adjustable features and a stable seated design, it allows for precise triceps work through controlled cable movements.
The exercise is performed while seated, with the body supported by a back pad for added stability. A built-in foot platform helps secure the user in position during movement.
This gym equipment supports two main triceps exercises: vertical cable extensions and horizontal extensions. In the vertical version, the cable is pulled from below upward, fully extending the arms above the head. In the horizontal variation, the cable starts behind the backrest and is pulled forward, finishing near the forehead. Both variations isolate the triceps from different angles.
The seat height can be adjusted to suit different users and movement paths. The machine comes with two handle attachments: a straight bar with a center-mounted bearing for smooth rotation, and a curved bar, also with a bearing, offering a more natural grip position.
