Description
The L9 Low Row Machine – Lever Seated Row is built for effective back training in professional gym environments. Its stable frame and smooth lever system support focused pulling exercises with control and consistency.
This machine is used for low row movements, primarily targeting the back and rear shoulders. The pulling path starts narrow and finishes wider, helping activate more of the back through a natural motion arc. The biceps and forearms are also involved as secondary muscles during the pull. The exercise can be performed with both arms or one arm at a time, using the built-in support handle to stabilize the body during single-arm rows.
The seat height and chest pad position are adjustable, and the machine includes multiple handle options to vary the grip and muscle emphasis.
