The L7XY Row Machine is designed for controlled horizontal pulling exercises that effectively build upper-body strength. With a construction optimized for precision, it’s suitable for both home and commercial gym environments.
The machine features adjustable handle distance, allowing you to bring the grips closer or further from your body to match your arm length and preferred range. The handles rotate 360 degrees, and thanks to their flexible joint mounting, they also move slightly up and down during the pull, naturally adapting to your movement.
You can perform the exercise using both arms simultaneously or one arm at a time, making it suitable for both strength and coordination training. The pulling motion follows a straight, horizontal line, which emphasizes the lats, mid-back, and rear shoulders, while also engaging the biceps and forearms.
