Description
The Kinesiotherapy Rotation Machine is a specialized rehabilitation device designed to restore and strengthen rotational mobility of the ankle, knee, and hip joints. The machine is equipped with two independent foot platforms that rotate horizontally, with adjustable spacing between them. This allows training of each leg separately or both legs simultaneously, adapting exercises to individual needs.
Resistance is provided by a weight stack system, ensuring progressive loading. In addition to activating ankle and foot muscles, a wider platform spacing engages the thigh and hip rotators, gluteal muscles, and adductors. This makes the device effective not only for improving joint mobility and stability, but also for enhancing pelvic and lumbar control – important in injury prevention, especially for cruciate ligament injuries.
