Description
The C2X2 Cable Machine is a multi-functional strength training unit designed for both home and commercial gym use. It features two adjustable-height pulley systems and a back support pad with adjustable angle and length, providing added stability and support during isolated movements – especially useful for exercises like cable chest flys.
The machine allows for a broad range of upper- and lower-body exercises, including chest presses, shoulder raises, tricep pushdowns, and bicep curls. It also supports back exercises such as lat pulldowns, standing rows, and face pulls. For the lower body, users can perform lunges and kickbacks, while core-focused movements like cable crunches and woodchoppers can also be included.
Each pulley moves smoothly and adjusts vertically, allowing for controlled resistance and precise exercise positioning. A single-grip handle is included with each pulley.
