Power Rack & Free Weight System
At the core of the system is a heavy-duty power rack equipped with 2 J-hooks and 2 safety / spotter arms. It allows you to perform the main strength exercises safely, even when training alone. The set includes an Olympic barbell rated up to 320 kg and a full plate set of 157.5 kg, giving you everything needed for progressive strength training.
