Description
The S3 Hamstrings Bench is strength training exercise equipment designed to develop hamstring strength and control using bodyweight-based leg workout exercises. The knees rest on a padded support platform, while the ankles are held in place with padded rollers.
From this position, the user lowers their upper body forward in a controlled motion, forcing the hamstrings to engage and stabilize – ideal for building eccentric strength in the back of the thighs.
