The machine is used to perform donkey kick-style movements – pushing one leg back in a controlled path to activate the glutes. The support pad for the non-working knee can be raised or lowered to help stabilize the body during the exercise. An integrated forearm and elbow pad with grip handles allows the user to stay securely positioned throughout the movement.
