The R3X Pendulum Squat Machine is designed for controlled and efficient lower-body training in both home and commercial gyms. Compared to the R3 model, this machine features an adjustable foot platform angle and platform distance, allowing better individual setup for different squat styles.
You can perform pendulum squats to target the quadriceps, glutes, and hamstrings, as well as calf raises to activate the lower legs. Adjusting the platform allows for narrow or wide-stance squats, shifting the emphasis across muscle groups.
The machine includes multiple starting positions, a rear safety stop, and a wrist-controlled locking mechanism that also serves as a handle during exercise.
