Pull-ups and chin-ups can be performed using three different grip positions to activate different parts of the back, arms, and shoulders. The leg raise station is built for controlled hanging knee raises, featuring padded supports for the back, elbows, and forearms, along with side handles for stability.
Step-up platforms are integrated into the frame to make it easier to get into position for each movement safely.
