A3X Decline Chest Press Machine is designed to train the lower chest while also engaging the front deltoids and triceps. The 15° decline pressing angle places greater emphasis on the lower chest. Adjustable handle starting positions and leg support pads allow the machine to be adapted to different users and help maintain a stable and comfortable training position.

The handles follow a natural movement path: they start wider and move closer together at the end of the press. This provides a good stretch in the chest muscles at the beginning of the movement and a strong contraction at the end of each repetition.

With its robust construction and simple adjustments, the machine is suitable for both commercial gyms and home training spaces.
