Description
The Z18 T-Bar Row Attachment is designed to slide onto the free end of a barbell anchored in a T-Bar (landmine) attachment. It adds 360-degree rotating handles for rowing exercises, as well as shoulder pads and support handles for performing landmine squats and other lower-body movements.
This attachment targets the back, shoulders, and legs, providing added comfort and control during training. Its compact, add-on design makes it especially suitable for home gyms, where space and versatility are key.
Compatible with the Z17T Landmine Attachment and the Z03G Olympic Barbell.
