Description
The C2X Cable Crossover Machine is a versatile training station designed for full-body strength workouts in both home and commercial gym settings. It features two adjustable-height pulley systems and a central pull-up bar, enabling a wide variety of exercises in a single, functional setup.
Each pulley comes with a single-grip handle included, allowing users to perform movements targeting different muscle groups. The machine supports exercises for the chest (e.g. cable flys), shoulders (e.g. face pulls, overhead presses), arms (e.g. bicep curls, tricep pushdowns), and back (e.g. lat pull-downs, cable rows). It also allows for leg and glute exercises such as lunges and kickbacks, as well as rotational or ab-focused movements like Pallof presses and cable crunches.
The smooth cable operation and multiple height settings provide controlled resistance and flexible positioning for users of different sizes and training styles.
