The L7Y Linear Row Machine is built to develop back and arm strength through smooth, guided pulling movement. Suitable for both home and commercial gyms, it features a durable frame and multiple adjustment options for precise positioning.
This machine supports angled row exercises that work the lats, middle back, rear shoulders, biceps, and forearms. The distance between the handles is adjustable, and the 360° rotating grips allow for natural wrist movement during each pull.
