Description
L7Y linear row machine is designed to develop back and arm strength through a controlled pulling movement along a fixed path. The handles travel on bearings for smooth and precise motion, helping maintain stability throughout each repetition.
The distance between the handles can be adjusted to vary the grip width, while the grips rotate through 360° to support a natural wrist position. The angle of the padded backrest is adjustable, and the foot platform position can also be changed to provide a comfortable setup for different users and exercises.
This machine primarily targets the lats, middle back, rear deltoids, biceps, and forearms. Its versatile configuration also allows it to be used for lower-body and glute training, including Romanian deadlifts (RDLs). It is suitable for commercial gyms, specialized training facilities, and home workout spaces.
