D1-D2 Leg Press and Hack Squat Machine is a versatile two-in-one machine designed for comprehensive lower-body strength training. It can be used for leg presses and hack squats, primarily targeting the quadriceps, glutes, hamstrings and calves.

The adjustable foot platform angle allows the machine to be configured for either Leg Press or Hack Squat exercises. Changing the foot position on the large platform places greater emphasis on different muscle groups. A narrower stance targets the quadriceps more, while a wider stance increases the involvement of the glutes and inner thighs.

The machine can also be used for reverse hack squats and calf raises. Multiple starting positions allow users to select a comfortable movement starting height, while the integrated safety pins help set the lowest point of the movement. The padded backrest and shoulder pads provide stability and comfort throughout the workout.
