Shipping Policy

1. DELIVERY COST

1.1. The delivery cost is determined on an individual basis, taking into account the size of the order and the delivery location. We will provide you with the exact price at the time of your order.

2. DELIVERY TIME

2.1. Delivery within the European Union takes 1–2 weeks after production of goods.
2.2. Deliveries outside the EU may take longer. The responsible distributor will provide you with the exact delivery duration.

3. ORDER SIZE

3.1. We can arrange transportation for both partial loads and full truckloads. Depending on the size of the order, we will determine the delivery conditions.

4. PACKAGING of GOODS

4.1. Each part of the equipment is protected with special bubble wrap and marked with a unique identification label. Parts are secured on wooden pallets using PET straps and additional protective measures.

5. METHOD of DELIVERY

5.1. The equipment is delivered disassembled into easily assembled components; however, all screws are pre-installed to facilitate assembly. Some models may be fully welded and cannot be disassembled. If you have limited entry space, please inform us in advance so that we can find an optimal solution.

6. DELIVERY CONDITIONS

6.1. We deliver manufactured sports equipment to all countries worldwide.
6.2. Goods will be manufactured and delivered only after we receive your payment in our bank account, as indicated in the order confirmation. If we do not receive payment within 48 hours of the order confirmation, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
6.3. Goods will be produced and delivered within the timeframe specified in the offer (typically around 6–8 weeks). In exceptional cases, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances; in such cases, we will notify you immediately.

7. RECEIPT of GOODS

7.1. You are obligated to personally accept the delivered goods. If you are unable to personally receive the goods, you will not have the right to file claims regarding delivery to an incorrect person.
7.2. At the time of delivery, our authorized representative and you must inspect the condition of the goods and sign the Goods Acceptance Act. Once the act is signed, it is considered that the goods in the package are in good condition and have been delivered correctly.

8. DAMAGE to GOODS

8.1. If you notice any external damage to the goods (such as dents, scratches, corrosion, etc.), you must document this fact in the Goods Transfer Acceptance document and draw up a Report on Goods Damage together with our representative.
8.2. Within 2 (two) days of receiving the goods, you have the right to file a claim for any discrepancies noticed later. If the claim is justified, we commit to offering a refund, replacing the goods with those that meet quality standards, or reducing the price of the goods.
