S3Y Hamstrings Bench is a bodyweight-based training device designed to develop hamstring strength and control. The user kneels on a fixed support platform with padded rollers securing the ankles. From this position, the upper body is lowered forward under control, loading the hamstrings through eccentric contraction.
The bench includes an adjustable roller system for proper positioning across different users.
This version features an additional assist lever with a knurled stainless steel handle for support. The lever helps reduce load during movement and includes a sleeve for standard weight plates, allowing load-assisted adjustment as needed.
Suitable for both home and commercial gym use.
