The T2 Crossfit Rack is a wall-mounted CrossFit rack designed for versatile strength and bodyweight training. It supports barbell lifts, pull-ups, and TRX exercises, making it suitable for a wide range of full-body workouts in both home and commercial gym setups.
You can perform pull-ups using multiple grip options to target the upper back, shoulders, and arms. TRX straps can also be attached for TRX rows, core training, and other bodyweight movements. Two barbell hooks are included, and their height can be adjusted using the hole system on the upright post. This allows for exercises like squats, overhead presses, and rows – making it possible to effectively train the lower body as well.
This setup supports workouts for full body, engaging legs, back, chest, shoulders, arms, and core.
