The B5 Smith Machine is a durable and versatile piece of gym equipment suitable for both commercial and home gyms. It features a guided barbell system with multiple locking positions, providing safety and control during each lift.

This Smith machine supports key lower-body exercises like squats, lunges, and calf raises, as well as upper-body movements such as chest and shoulder presses. On the opposite side, it includes a standard barbell rack with multiple racking positions for a free-weight barbell.

The machine can be used with its built-in Smith bar or with your own barbell and weight plates. Paired with a J2 Adjustable Bench, it becomes a complete training station capable of loading all major muscle groups.
