The A1x2 Dumbbells Press Rack is a dedicated dumbbells press rack designed to assist with safer and more stable flat dumbbell press for chest strength. This piece of gym equipment helps lifters position themselves properly when working with heavier dumbbells.
The height of the dumbbell holders can be adjusted to match the user’s arm length, making it easier to reach the dumbbells from a natural pressing position. Each holder is mounted on a flexible joint that swings forward to bring the dumbbell closer during setup. Once the weight is lifted, the holder automatically returns to its original position, reducing unnecessary strain on the shoulders.
This rack is especially useful for lifters training alone, as it improves both safety and comfort during heavy dumbbell pressing.
