The K3 Power Tower is a stable, multi-function power tower designed for bodyweight-based fitness and strength workouts. Suitable for both exercise equipment for the home or commercial gym, it supports a wide range of upper body training movements.
You can perform pull-ups and chin-ups using three different grip positions to target various parts of the back and arms. Dips can be used to focus on either the chest or triceps, depending on body angle and technique. For core work, the leg raise station includes padded supports for the back, elbows, and forearms, along with grip handles for added control.
Integrated step-up platforms make it easier to get into position for each exercise safely and comfortably.
