ORDERING AND PAYMENT

1. How can I request a quote from gymfactory.eu? 

You can request a quote through our online store or by contacting the relevant distributor in your country via email.  We will provide a quote within 48 hours of receiving your request, provided all necessary information is included. 

To ensure a fast and accurate quote, we recommend specifying all preferences and questions in advance.

2. How do I place an order? 

Along with the quote, you will receive a proforma invoice. 

Once we receive the deposit payment, we will confirm via email that your order has been added to the production  queue.

3. What are the payment terms? 

A deposit payment (50% of the total order value) is required to confirm the order. The remaining balance must be  paid after production is completed and before shipment. 

Upon final payment, we will send the original invoice, and the goods will be delivered to the specified address. 

PRODUCTION AND LEAD TIMES

1. Where are gymfactory.eu machines manufactured? 

All our products are manufactured in Lithuania, adhering to the highest quality standards. Our production is ISO certified.

2. What is the production lead time? 

The production time depends on the current order volume. Typically, it takes 6–8 weeks.

3. Can you manufacture a custom-designed machine? 

Yes, we can produce machines tailored to your specific needs. Please contact us via email for details.

4. Can existing products be modified? 

Yes, we can customize products according to your preferences, including adjusting dimensions, handle positions,  colors, and more. 

DELIVERY

1. What is the delivery cost? 

The delivery cost is calculated individually, depending on the order size and destination.

2. How long does delivery take?

Within the European Union, delivery usually takes 1–2 weeks. For destinations outside the EU, delivery may take  longer. 

The exact delivery time will be provided by the responsible distributor when the quote is issued.

3. What is the minimum order size for delivery? 

We can arrange transportation for both partial and full truckload shipments. 

Please note that ordering larger quantities reduces the relative shipping cost.

4. How are the products packaged? 

Each machine part is protected with special bubble wrap and labeled with a unique identification sticker. Parts are secured on wooden pallets using PET straps and additional protective materials.

5. Are the machines delivered assembled or disassembled? 

Machines are delivered disassembled into easily assembled components. All screws are pre-installed to simplify  assembly. 

Some models are fully welded and cannot be disassembled. 

If you have space limitations for bringing the equipment inside, please inform us in advance so we can find the best  solution. 

WARRANTY AND RETURNS

1. What are the warranty terms? 

GYMFACTORY guarantees that all equipment is free from manufacturing defects. The warranty applies only to the  original purchaser and is non-transferable. 

If a product has a defect, we will repair it free of charge or replace it with a new one. If the defect cannot be fixed,  the customer has the right to request a refund. 

The warranty does not cover cases where: 

  • The equipment was serviced by an unauthorized company. 
  • The equipment was misused. 
  • The equipment suffered mechanical damage, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications. • The equipment was exposed to corrosion due to unsuitable environmental conditions. • The equipment is used outside of Europe. 

Warranty periods: 

  • Frames and welding – 5 years. 
  • Pulleys and bearings – 2 years. 
  • Weight stacks and bars – 1 year. 
  • Upholstery, cables, and other parts – 90 days. 

For warranty repairs, the customer must return the defective part to the factory at their own expense. After repair  or manufacturing of a new part, it will be shipped back to the customer.

2. What are the return conditions? 

Products can only be returned within 14 days if they are defective. Custom-made products that meet quality  standards and match the order specifications cannot be returned or exchanged.

The returned item must be fully assembled and properly packaged. The customer is responsible for ensuring the  correct packaging and completeness of the return. If the product is incomplete or improperly packaged, we or our  representative reserve the right to refuse the return. 

Items must be returned in their original packaging, which should remain intact (as much as possible after unpacking),  clean, and suitable for transport.
