Each machine part is protected with special bubble wrap and labeled with a unique identification sticker. Parts are secured on wooden pallets using PET straps and additional protective materials.
Machines are delivered disassembled into easily assembled components. All screws are pre-installed to simplify assembly. Some models are fully welded and cannot be disassembled.
If you have space limitations for bringing the equipment inside, please inform us in advance so we can find the best solution.
GYMFACTORY guarantees that all equipment is free from manufacturing defects. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Gym Factory equipment is covered by a structured warranty based on component type:
• Frame and structural elements – 30 years
• Mechanical moving parts – 36 months
• Cables and belts – 12 months
• Upholstery – 6 months
If a defect occurs, the solution is determined based on the nature of the issue and may include:
• Repair without returning the equipment
• Replacement of specific parts
• Repair at the factory (if necessary)
Warranty repairs are carried out free of charge. However, logistics responsibilities may vary depending on the case.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, installation errors, unauthorized modifications, or external factors. Refunds are not provided under the warranty.
Custom-manufactured products cannot be returned or exchanged unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed. All defect-related cases are handled under the Warranty Policy.
Returns are only applicable in cases related to logistics issues, such as transport damage or incorrect delivery. The returned item must be fully assembled and properly packaged. The customer is responsible for ensuring the correct packaging and completeness of the return. If the product is incomplete or improperly packaged, we or our representative reserve the right to refuse the return.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, which should remain intact (as much as possible after unpacking), clean, and suitable for transport.
