Adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 tout entra\u00eenement de fitness et de force, elle s\u2019int\u00e8gre parfaitement dans les environnements de home gym ou de salle commerciale. <\/p>\n<p>Le cadre comporte deux poign\u00e9es angulaires qui se r\u00e9tr\u00e9cissent progressivement, permettant aux utilisateurs de choisir la largeur de prise qui convient le mieux \u00e0 leur objectif d\u2019entra\u00eenement. Une prise plus large peut mettre l\u2019accent sur les pectoraux, tandis qu\u2019une prise plus \u00e9troite cible les triceps.
