Son cadre stable et son syst\u00e8me de levier fluide soutiennent des exercices de tirage cibl\u00e9s avec contr\u00f4le et constance. <\/p>\n<p>Cette machine est utilis\u00e9e pour les mouvements de tirage bas (low row), ciblant principalement le dos et l\u2019arri\u00e8re des \u00e9paules. La trajectoire de tirage commence \u00e9troite et se termine plus large, aidant \u00e0 activer davantage le dos gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un arc de mouvement naturel. Les biceps et les avant-bras sont \u00e9galement sollicit\u00e9s comme muscles secondaires pendant le tirage.
