Ideal for both home or professional gym setups, it supports controlled movement and multiple adjustments for individual comfort and precision.<\/p>\n<p>The machine is used to perform donkey kick-style movements &#8211; pushing one leg back in a controlled path to activate the glutes. The starting position can be adjusted to match the user\u2019s range of motion, and the chest pad height is also adjustable for proper upper-body alignment. The support pad for the non-working knee can be raised or lowered to help stabilize the body during the exercise.
